THE PEOPLE BEHIND AURA
Building AURA has been a massive learning curve and at times, it has certainly not been an easy road. Much of this journey has been driven by my own vision, determination and willingness to keep learning, creating and pushing forward, often figuring things out as I went.
What I didn't fully expect was just how much support I would receive along the way. From my family and my partner, to friends, clients who have become friends and the people who have encouraged me when I've questioned whether I could really bring this vision to life, I have been genuinely touched by the support around me.
As AURA has taken shape, I've also had a very clear vision of the kind of team I want to build. Not a team that just looks perfect on paper, but a team of real people who each bring something different. Different strengths, experiences, personalities and ideas that complement one another.
Every person who has become part of this journey has helped bring a little more of AURA to life and I am incredibly grateful, to have them beside me as we continue to grow.
AURA may have started with one vision, but it is becoming something much bigger than I could have imagined.
