ABOUT AURA
Meet Carolyn the founder of AesMedics Group pty ltd that includes ~ Skindeep Aesthetics CBC
& AURA Aesthetics Academy.
Founded from experience. Built for the future.
AURA Aesthetics Academy was founded by Carolyn, a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Nurse Specialist with more than 25 years of nursing experience and a long-standing career in aesthetic medicine.
Her journey has taken her from hospital and community nursing through specialist clinical areas, surgical environments and many years working within cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. Along the way, a passion for education developed alongside her clinical practice.
With a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Carolyn created AURA to bring these two worlds together: clinical experience and professional education.
AURA is designed for practitioners who want more than a weekend course. Our approach combines strong foundational knowledge, practical clinical learning, quality resources and ongoing professional development.
Our vision is simple: to help practitioners learn with purpose, develop with confidence and continue to grow throughout their aesthetic career.
We're preparing for the launch of our first AURA education pathway from start of March 2027 and May 2027, with further programs planned over the following 12 months. Our classes will intentionally remain small to support personalised learning and practical guidance.
